Građevinska direkcija Srbije gradi stambeno-poslovni kompleks Zemunske kapije na prostoru bivše kasarne „Aleksa Dundić“ u Zemunu. Lokacija je omeđena ulicama Cara Dušana, Zadužbinskom, Šumadijskom i Filipa Višnjića. Stambeno – poslovni kompleks će se se se prostirati na površini od oko 6 hektara, imće 8 objekata sa ukupno 1.700 stanova, odnosno 200.000 m2 stambeno-poslovnog prostora. U kompleksu će biti izgrađeni stanovi različitih struktura, od jednosobnih do četvorosobnih, kvadrature od 31m2 to 93m2. U podzemnim etažama objekata su predviđena garažna place, au parteru oko objekata parking place. U prizemlju pojedinih objekata su planirani komercijalni sadržaji. U kompleksu će postojati tri uređene parkovske površine sa dečjim igralištima i prostorom za odmor i rekreaciju. Centralni trg unutar naselja je zamišljen kao pešačka zona opremljena atraktivnim mobilijarom i rasvetom, kao i brojnim komercijalnim sadržajima poput restorana, kafića, radnji. Novo naselje Zemunske kapije je saobraćajno odlično povezano sa svim delovima Beograda, zahvaljujući blizini autoputa i novog Pupinovog mosta.
