Privacy Policy

We collect various types of information to provide and improve our services to you.

• Personal information: name, email address, phone number, and account credentials
• Property preferences: search history, saved properties, and inquiry history
• Usage data: how you interact with our platform, pages visited, and features used
• Technical data: browser and device type, the country derived from your connection, and your language — your IP address is converted into a rotating one-way hash and is never stored as such

We use the information we collect for various purposes related to providing and improving our services.

• To provide and maintain our real estate platform services
• To send you messages about your account, your inquiries and the alerts you set up. We send news and offers only if you have agreed to them separately, for each channel, and you can withdraw that consent at any time in Settings or with the link in every email.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve our platform functionality
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We measure how the platform is used with our own first-party system, running on our own infrastructure. Two third-party services, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, receive usage data as well — but only if you accept analytics cookies. No advertising service receives your visit data.

• It works without cookies: a session identifier is held in your tab's session storage and is erased when the tab closes, or after 30 minutes of inactivity
• Returning visits are recognised only within a single day, through a one-way hash of IP address and browser mixed with a secret that changes daily — no profile follows you from day to day
• Your IP address is never stored, location is kept only at country level, and we use no device fingerprinting or cross-site tracking
• If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, no analytics are collected from your visit
• Now and then we test a small change to a page by showing some visitors a different version. A random identifier in our own cookie (nk_vid, 90 days) keeps your version the same; we record only which version you saw and what you did next on this site, as a count, never linked to you. Declining in the banner, Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control keeps you out of every test
• Our own click and scroll maps run only after you accept analytics cookies. They record which named page elements were clicked and how far a page was scrolled — never text you type, never an identifier for you or your account — and they set no cookie
• If you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity records an anonymised replay of your interactions (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) to show us where the interface fails; typed text is masked, and you can withdraw consent at any time on the Cookie Policy page
• If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics counts page views and where visits come from (referrer, approximate location, device type); Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and you can withdraw consent at any time on the Cookie Policy page

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Analytics records are deleted automatically:

• Individual usage events, such as page and listing views: 90 days
• Page-speed and performance measurements: 60 days
• Search terms and AI-assistant queries: 180 days
• Aggregated daily statistics without personal identifiers are kept indefinitely; account, inquiry and contract data is kept while your account is active and afterwards only for as long as legal obligations require
• Click and scroll map records: individual page views 90 days, daily totals 13 months

We may share your information with third parties in specific circumstances.

• With property developers and agents when you express interest in their listings
• With service providers who assist us in operating our platform
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights

We use cookies where they are needed: to keep you signed in, to remember your language, a few interface preferences and your cookie choice. Those are essential and set no profile. Beyond them there are two kinds. Analytics cookies used by Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics are set only if you accept them in the banner; accepting also lets Microsoft set its own cookies on clarity.ms and bing.com, which can identify the same browser elsewhere on Microsoft services. Our own page-test cookie (nk_vid) is a random identifier set only on a page where we are testing a change, so you keep seeing the same version; it is on unless you decline, and it is never linked to an account. You can decline or withdraw at any time. We set no advertising cookies of our own, and Google Analytics runs with advertising features switched off. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; our Cookie Policy lists everything we use.

You have certain rights regarding your personal information under applicable data protection laws.

• Right to access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Right to data portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to object: Object to certain types of processing of your data

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
