Kula M2 je visoki stambeno-poslovni objekt planiran u Bloku 42 na Novom Beogradu, neposredno uz novu železničku i autobusku stanicu (između železničkog mosta, Ulice Milutina Milankovića i Antifašističke borbe). Osnovni parametri projekta Visina i spratnost: Visina iznosi tačno 100 metara, dok je spratnost 4Po + Pr + 29 + Ps (četiri podzemne etaže, prizemlje, 29 spratova i povučeni sprat). Površina: Ukupna bruto izgrađena površina (BGRP) iznosi 92.045 m² (nadzemno oko 66.000 m²). Autori i razrada: Koncept se oslanja na konkursno rešenje arhitekata prof. Vladimira Lojanice i prof. Milana Lojanice (studio Proaspekt), dok je projekat za izvođenje uradio Mašinoprojekt Kopring. Investitor: Gupix NBG d.o.o. Sadržaj i namena Stanovanje: Predviđeno je ukupno 390 stanova raznih struktura (od dvosobnih do petosobnih). Stanovi počinju od 3. sprata, dok su na samom vrhu (poslednja tri sprata) planirani luksuzni stanovi većih površina. Prateći sadržaji: U prizemlju i na prvom spratu planiran je depandans vrtića za oko 80 dece, sa sopstvenim ograđenim dvorištem. Na 8. spratu su predviđeni bazen i teretana, a na 10. spratu vidikovac. Garaža: Četiri podzemna nivoa obezbeđuju oko 720 parking mesta, uz prostore za punjače električnih vozila i bicikle. Arhitektura i oblikovanje Glavni prepoznatljivi motiv kule je vazdušna cezura (otvor) u središnjem delu između 11. i 13. sprata, koja vizuelno razbija monolitnost objekta i daje mu izgled savremenog "portala". Objekat izrasta iz bazisa koji se nadovezuje na stanični trg i susedni kompleks NCR, dok su oko same kule planirane pešačke zone, zelenilo i pošumljeni pejzažni prsten radi ublažavanja uticaja saobraćaja.
