The architectural design, envisioned by the Niš-based studio Teking d.o.o., features a vibrant facade rendered in earthy natural tones, highlighted by dynamic terraced cascades. Designed to integrate urban living and commercial activity, the complex incorporates 146 modern residential units alongside 17 commercial spaces, with overall construction works currently in their final stages. Further along the same avenue, at Mlinska Street 26, construction is also drawing to a close on a separate five-story residential building. Having broken ground in 2022, this project is entering its final completion phase, with new residents expected to move into their homes in the near future.
