The company operates a fully integrated process, handling everything from project design and documentation to construction and sales of high-quality residential buildings. Its primary focus is on developing large-scale housing complexes in Niš, such as the completed Vagres City (a large complex with over 550 units) and the currently active Sunny Hill residential complex.
